Self-discovery is the process of understanding your true self. Your values, your needs and wants. 



Self-discovery leads to increased self-awareness, deeper connections with your values, and empowerment to make choices aligned with your authentic self.


Develop self awareness, knowing your comforts and discomforts and intentional living. Ask yourself open-ended questions regarding who you are, what you value most, your key motivations, interest and dreams, goals?


We'll dive deep into these preliminary questions and more. We'll look at your personality, thinking patterns and habits.


Your complete honest participation during this program will benefit you immensely. Lets grow.


New Growth:


We’ll try new exercises and experience new growth. We’ll like ourselves more. We’ll have time to discover ourselves more deeply.

We’ll explore mindset a bit and find out whose voice we are listening to so we’ll know what’s ours and what’s someone else's. We’ll intentionally be getting better at protecting our precious energy without guilt. 


We’ll notice that when we meet our needs, we will feel better in every single part of our lives. That renewed energy will birth something, and that will be really important. We may know what it is, or we may discover something.  Feeling good will also improve our relationships and help create more meaningful ones.


A Commitment to Yourself:


On self-discovery journeys, I’ve found it important to stay committed to it every day (read on to see what I mean about every day).


While it is important to spend time writing inside the journey prompts and connecting and supporting each other. The time spent on this journey won’t always be inside this course. Sometimes, it will be insights about ourselves when we are with family or friends, working, or especially in nature. Some of it will be reflection, processing, and self-awareness development, and some will be engaging in written discussions. You are likely already starting the process!


Whether you are writing out answers to the prompts or cheering each other on, staying engaged is important. You want your brain to keep this journey in mind consistently so you can progress toward your personal goals. You’ll be getting to know yourself, diving deeper, and becoming aware of challenges that ultimately help you uncover important pieces of your journey.


I recommend starting with writing your intention and proceeding from there. Stay focused on getting to know your needs, where you are, and where you want to be. Every prompt is meant to support different parts of your journey, so I recommend doing them all. Try to go past the surface and dive a little deeper.

Let it unfold at a pace that works for you, and try to stay committed to yourself right now. Create space for this beautiful journey you are on.
